If you have never taken a class from me before, I strongly suggest you bring a tape recorder. It is a very swift class and you will receive alot of material in a very short amount of time. I have been told that I taking a class from me is like having a firehose of information pointed at your head. Also if you are reading this ridiculously small print, that means your are interested in learning something new and ready to grow your business. I am the one of only just a handful of agents doing this in the market and I am willing to share the info with you on one condition. You must keep me in mind for ALL of your Mableton referrals. That includes homes, condos land, and rentals Also if you have taken this class before, I would suggest taking it again. Over that last year I have added some great material that I think you should take advantage of to help your business.

Thanks and see you in class.

A bit about Jackye

I am a practicing, Licensed Broker in the South Cobb and South Fulton Areas. I specialize in Mableton, home to professional athletes, local celebs, former state Gov. Roy Barnes and everyday upwardly mobile suburbanites. I am particularly familiar with homes along the Nickajack, Fontaine and Cooper Lake Road areas as well as homes along the very beautiful Bucker and Pebblebrook Road areas. I have practiced my craft for many years and have perfected the technique and skills it requires to sell a home in any market. My approach with my real estate practice is Boutique style. I work with a small group of clients at a time giving the personal touch that you deserve and not like some other companies that turn buyers and sellers into numbers and aggressively push them in and out of homes before they are ready or have the right deal.

I am a second generation Realtor from a family of 5 other practicing real estate agents. And realize that real estate is a practice of trade, an exchange of property for money at a peak time for either party in the transaction. But it is an opportunity for us to sit at the side and watch the exchange become part of the true American Dream for both a buyer and seller. For one, to get a piece of the dream and the other to sell and buy a bigger piece. In no other field of business of which I am qualified to perform can I see grown men with tears in their eyes when they purchase the home of their dreams for their family, to provide shelter, to provide a home, a quiet space for their families to flourish and grow. In no other field will I see a single woman make buying decisions that will affect her own personal net worth before she marries like she will with a home or two.

I have seen multitudes of men and women semi-retire with the purchase and subsequent sale of real estate. It is the great equalizer among us. When you own a piece of real estate, you have not only a home; you have status, in some areas prestige, an affiliation, an asset, a vehicle that will put you behind the driver's wheel of your own success. - Let me help you navigate your road to your destination. I Love Mableton - Rants and Raves of a Mableton Real Estate Maven: How to find a home in Mableton Georgia

I Love Mableton - Rants and Raves of a Mableton Real Estate Maven: How to find a home in Mableton Georgia

How to find a home in Mableton Georgia

First you can contact the one of the most popular agents on Atlanta's West Side of town. Which would be me of course. I specialize in Mableton. Why? Because it is where I live, work and play. But seriously, I would recommend most buyers google or use their favorite search engine to pull up the town of Mableton. You will want to review schools, stores, proximities to area shopping and then lastly the housing stock. If you haven't met with and qualified with a mortgage planner, now would be a good time to start. I would recommend South Pointe Financial located in the Dunwoody area. I have used their services for about 10 years now and have worked with both Howard Conoly and John Gehlmann for a long and long time..
Once you have actually met with a mortgage planner face to face and gone over the type of financing you would like to use once you located a property, you would want to start visting neighborhoods. I would suggest that you first drive the areas and neighborhoods to famillarize yourself with roads and area offerings. See how close the park is for little Beth and Timmy. What the traffic patterns in the mornings and evenings to see how long traffic would be for you during prime times....etc.. Next if you havent already contacted me, to do so now and get together with me to address your goals and time frames. At this time we can start to tour homes so that you can decide which one you like.

Once we find something I do all of my magic behind the velvet curtain and then Suprise!! You have a new home! And did I mentioned that my fee is usually covered by the seller?
Now some real estate pros will tell you to contact them first before doing anything else. I have a differnet approach. I think it is important for you as a buyer to become familliar with neighborhoods and areas of town that would suit you before speaking with just any ol agent. The reason why is because if you have had a bit of sight seeing yourself and have looked at neighborhoods and home pricing online, you will have a better idea of what values are and would know a deal when you saw one. I also find that if a buyers knows the type of homes and neighborhoods they like beforehand, they will have little to no buyer's remorse after the initial signing of offers and contracts. And they amount of homes you would have to look at before noticing a deal goes down quite a bit as well as the the shop-wariness that comes after looking at house, after house, after house only to find out that you passed up the house you should have gotten weeks prior and is now gone.
So if you have an interest in a Mableton Home whether it is a short sale, foreclosure, luxury home, investment property or other, start online with general area knowlege, then look up current homes prices, contact your favorite lender or the one I suggested , tour the areas your interested in and then give me a call to get you in the door to your dream home and ink out a deal that will make you happy.

Until then, keep Mableton on your mind.
Wondering just how many buyers out aren't taking advantage of the deals they drive passed everyday in the neighborhoods I work? Mableton is such a sleepy, quiet town with good deal.Who do you know that would like a great deal on a home right now? I have 8k reasons for them to purchase a great property. And I'll do all the footwork for them.
